If you believe that sometimes geographical positions determine your chances to win the lottery then you should buy one of your tickets in West Virginia. There have been 56 lucky lottery winners buying their tickets in this state since 1986 and there have been 6 winners winning $1 million or more from lottery playing this year alone.
On Friday, Terry Brumfield (65) from Harts, won $1 million from Powerball ticket he bought at the General store located in McClellan Highway, Harts, in West Virginia. Brumfield, a contractor who runs his business with his brother sais that he has been playing many kinds of lottery in his life and this is the first time he won Powerball. He noticed he won on Wednesday but he did not claim it until Friday. Brumfield told the media that he did not want any changes in his life after the winning and that’s why he did not overreact to his winning.
On the day after he won, he still went to work like nothing happened and he said that he wanted to save the money or invest it instead. He also added that he will keep on playing and if he does, he might be winning again and become the next winner from West Virginia.
