Winning ticket was sold at Kroger store at 4918 Kingston Pike in West Knoxville, Tennessee.
David Stiles, a veteran, presented lottery officials in Nashville on Tuesday with his family, carrying a winning “Silver Spectacular” instant game ticket.

According to Tennessee Lottery, he is planning lots of things for his family members. According to David Stiles, I've been all around the world, and this is most wonderful place I've been. David Stiles also said, now I'm luckier than ever."

The lottery is a big fundraiser for public education in Tennessee.
