A pup of Ocoee, Florida is winner of $3 Million after his owner purchased him his own scratch-off ticket for Xmas.

Bill Kelly, claimed the prize money of $3 million for a ticket, he bought for his pup. According to Kelly, he purchased three scratch-off tickets as stocking stuffers for his family.

According to Bill Kelly statement, I always hope to at least win my money back and I play to win, but I never expected this.
