People said that there is no such an instant wealth and it is just the case that happened to Gail Cappella who lives in Rochester, the winner of the $16.5 million Lotto jackpot. She said that she has been playing the lottery for the last 16 years and she had never won this big. She was not really sure whether she never bought the matching tickets or whether she just missed it because she rarely checked her tickets. What a shame!
New York Lotto drawing last month had two winners but they only showed up this month. When Cappella was called by the officials who told her that she just won a lottery, she said that she thought it was a joke. She was with her co workers at that time and they all congratulated her. Cappella was really thankful to the official who called her.
Another winner is also from Rochester named Dorothy West. Dorothy did not win from the New York Lotto but she got $1 million in the Lottery's new Prism Payout scratch-off game. West lives with her husband and they are planning to use the money to pay for the health insurance.
