There should be more Christmas presents under the Christmas tree of the Bennett family in Hillsborough, New Hampshire or there might be longer and merrier holidays for them as the family has just won a big lottery prize of $2.1 in Megabucks lottery. Scott Bennett, the father, bought the winning ticket at a Circle K store the previous week although it was actually such a sweet error.
On December 19, Scott Bennett went to the store and asked the cashier to get him one ticket for Megabuck and one for Lucky for Life. The cashier mistakenly gave him two Megabucks tickets but Scott just thought that it didn’t matter. Scott was just sure that the numbers he picked were the great ones and they turned out to be the winner. Scott got the $2.1 million jackpot.
Scott has been playing the lottery for quite a long time and this is the first time he won such a big prize. Scott was very happy and thanked the clerk for taking the wrong ticket for him. His family described the winning as something unbelievable and has planned to use the money wisely.
