Despite all defending attempts done by Dorice Moore and the attorney representing her during the trials held in the last couple of weeks, the woman from Florida was still convicted guilty of killing a multi-million dollar lottery winner and she was charged of a first-degree murder on Monday, Dec 10th. Moore is still considered as accountable in the murder of Abraham Shakespeare and she was sentenced to mandatory life without parole for the extermination and another 25 years for the gun using.
When the finding was read Moore did not show any emotion although she still denied that she killed the lottery winner. Shakespeare disappeared after he was seen with Moore who promised him to take care of the lottery prize he won. It looked very clear that Moore became too greedy to see the lucky lottery players and want to take over the wealth. Soon after they get along Shakespeare disappeared and found dead.
A lot of witnesses have been called to testify and most of them mentioned facts that made Moore even cornered. Moore will have a month to appeal and she will also be given a public defender. It is not likely that Moore can go away with all that she has done.
