The Powerball Winner from Arizona Has Claimed His $200 Million Jackpot but Wants to Stay Anonymous.

Everyone must have remembered the 2nd biggest Powerball prize in history won last month. There were two lottery players winning a total of $590 million from the Power Ball and one of them, Mark Hill from Missouri, has claimed their prize and opted to take the prize cash, taking home around $200 before taxes. The other winner has not shown up yet until this week, when a man from Arizona stepped forward to claim his share.

This man, a married 30 year old guy living in a wealthy area of Fountain Hills, does not want to have his name publicly released so the official at the Arizona Lottery could not give further details about the winner. The winner said through his lawyer that he and his family are very thankful, happy and lucky to have won such a big money. However, he wants to protect his family and his own privacy and that’s why they want to stay anonymous. 

According to some sources, this winner has just moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania and has just bought the tickets twice in Arizona. He opted to take it cash because he knows that the tax will be much bigger in annuity prize.
