This is a lotto jackpot game which is drawn traditionally, run by the Kansas State Lottery. It was started with the name of Cash Lotto in 1988 and the first tickets were sold on 2 June. It was then improved on 18 August 1996 and changed into the new style, called Kansas Cash. It still underwent some changes and started the form as it is today on 17 February 2002. The main difference from the previous style is that the new Super Kansas Cash uses double matrices.
The two matrices in this Super Kansas Cash Lottery game are the one of 5/32 and 1/25. To win the jackpot in the game, a player should select 5 different numbers from a total of 32 numbers and then again select one number called the Super Cashball from the other pool of 25 numbers. With the match of those 5 numbers and one Super Cashball, the winner of the game will be obtained. The odds of the jackpot winning are 1 in 2.51 million but there are still more chances to get the other 7 prize divisions.
The jackpot in the game starts at $100,000 and it will be rolled over when nobody wins in each draw. This gives the chance of a great size of jackpot when it’s not won for several weeks. The record of the largest jackpot ever won in the Super Kansas Cash was made by Tammy Shuler on 4 December 2006 with the value of $3.14 million. The jackpot and all the other prizes are given in the form of cash and should be claimed within 365 days of the draws time.
The draws in the game don’t use the traditional numbered balls in a drum but instead, they use the Random Number Generator (RNG). The draws take place in Topeka Kansas on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9.10 pm local time. The results are then announced on TV news, the newspapers or via online. To get the tickets, the participants must be at least 18 years old. They can buy the tickets from the authorized lottery ticket retailers in the state or from the online ticket sales agency. It will only cost $1.00 for each entry in this Super Kansas Cash lottery game.
